Frequently Asked Questions

Bookings are subject to product availability. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book the rentals and hold the event date requested. The rentals/event date will remain available until the non-refundable deposit is paid.

We typically only deliver to areas within a 15 mile radius of Lake Charles, LA. For events beyond 15 miles, delivery fees and order minimums may apply. 

Prices are quoted based on one day events. Contact us for multi-day rental rates.

We only accept Zelle and Venmo payments.

Indoor events are preferred to ensure complete safety of rentals from weather conditions alone.  However, weather permitting we do offer outdoor setups. 

Light Up Lake Area LLC cannot control the weather. It is the customer's responsibility to have an indoor backup plan. If an indoor plan isn't in place, we reserve the right to cancel due to weather issues alone. In the event this occurs the customer will be reimbursed the amount paid to date.
