Bookings are subject to product availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to book the rentals and hold the event date requested. The rentals/event date will remain available until the non-refundable deposit is paid.

We proudly serve Southwest Louisiana and beyond. Delivery fees and/or order minimums may apply. 

Prices are quoted based on one day events. Contact us for multi-day rental rates.

 We accept Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp for your convenience.

Indoor events are preferred to ensure complete safety of equipment from weather conditions.  However, weather permitting we do offer outdoor setups. 

If weather conditions (such as rain, extreme winds, or other hazards) pose a risk to equipment or attendees, Light Up Lake Area LLC reserves the right to cancel an outdoor event.
